Thanksgiving Card

Last month I did a vintage style Thanksgiving Card with my group. I decided to go with relaxing and soothing fall colors instead of the typical bold earth tones. Here is what I came up with...Using the vintage wall paper embossing folder we created texture on the top front layer. We then added two different stains of color from the distressing kit-mahogany and tea stain. I love that kit!!! And now that refills are available for all four colors you can't go wrong! Here is the inside, as you can see the oval punch goes through all of the front layers and creates a frame around the "Happy Thanksgiving"from teeny tiny wishes!
Here it is flat so you can get the whole picture! See you again tomorrow!!!

Finally On to Fall!!!

I love this time of year! I am defiantly a boot and sweater kinda girl...although being an southern California I could still probably wear shorts in November! Owell:(

So here is what my club made for our 3-D project. A little Thankful banner. We used fabric for the back layer and layered it with paper, then ran it through the big shot with the vintage wall paper embossing folder. Here is a close up so you can see what I am talking about. Thanks for stopping in!

Halloween Night!

My little trick-or-treader's had a blast on Halloween. Here is my "officer awesome" I know it is cheesy but he looked so cute- a little creepy in this picture though.

He had fun and really got into the getting candy part of the evening! And my Monster High girls! They absolutely love those dolls, and I can't lie I kinda do to:) Makia was Lagoona Blue-The sea creatures daughter and Kamili was Frankie Stein-Frankenstein's daughter.
Here is the crew...zav was fighting taking pictures, as you can probably tell from the pictures I got:)

See you tomorrow!

Frankie Pops! and Pumpkins

This year we grew our own pumpkins. I wasn't sure how it was gonna go, but it ended up working out perfect. We got four nice sized ones and one(the little ghost one) teeny one! The girls gutted there own pumpkins and chose what they wanted on it...Then I carved them. I know, but trust me it made life so much easier. They are to little to do it themselves since they want it to look a certain way. They were happy:)
Here is Kamili with her Cat

And Makai with her vampire bat!

So.... I think I have a new love for Marshmallow pops! Look at these little guys I made for the kids that came to our house on Halloween!

I had so much fun creating this guy. You will defiantly see more of these again soon! See you tomorrow!

Class Treats

So I had to make favors for the girls classes:) I came up with this little pouch for Kamili's grade. I stamped colored and cut 22 of these little witches for her friends... Then stuffed them with goodies!I colored the witched tights grey with green to match the caramel apple sugar babies I put it the candy cello sticks!

For Makai's class I did something very similar. I had a pack of 15 black bags, so since I only had to make 12 of these ones I made may like a little easier and just decorated them! I had put candy corn M&M's in her classes candy cello sticks, I colored the tights on these witches orange and yellow. Sorry I only showed a few in this picture, but at least you get the idea:)

I promise Halloween is almost over....:) Two more post then on to November!

October Thanks~

So in an effort to be a better Stampin up demo I am making a few changes in how I do business! I know how a little extra Thank you or trinket to say Thanks gets my attention, so I thought way am I not doing that?!? Last month I added a little sample of twine and this month I made this cute little card! I used the exclusive set that we earned at convention this year. Covered up the flowers and added some webs and a spider! Thanks everyone for your orders!
